2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer's RuneScape account was banned after delivery
  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Gold was lost due to customer's own actions
  • Customer initiated a fraudulent chargeback

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of your order
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for refund
  3. Our team will investigate your request
  4. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • Wallet Balance: Instant credit to your Camel GP wallet
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1-2 business days
  • Other Methods: Varies by payment processor

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • If part of your order was delivered successfully
  • If there was a difference in the agreed amount
  • If processing fees cannot be refunded

6. Wallet Refunds

As an alternative to payment method refunds, we can issue refunds to your Camel GP wallet instantly. Wallet funds can be used for future purchases or withdrawn (subject to minimum withdrawal amounts).

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraud and will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Possible legal action
  • Report to fraud prevention databases

8. Exchange Rate Changes

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USD equivalent at the time of refund, not the original exchange rate. This may result in differences due to market volatility.

9. Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, coupon discounts, and loyalty rewards used in a transaction are non-refundable and will not be reinstated if a refund is issued.
